"TBI should be in a category of its own since a person with a TBI doesn't just have a TBI itself but also could have additional disabilities as well. The category disability implies just that one disability. This was my reasoning behind creating two different campaigns, Survived to Vote and Raid Oklahoma. But after I starting planning for the first forum, I began to see that if we were going to address the issues of Traumatic Brain Injury than without a doubt we would have to address the same with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Disabilities. The forums are to be our way of meeting up and creating a platform then meeting every three months to talk about the issues so that way we can make sure the lawmakers hear us on a UNITED FRONT.
